iCloud email address (I can't receive your email in some case)

I just wanted to let you know that if you send us an email from your iCloud address, we can't receive it in some cases. (Your email might be Sent, but not delivered, not even as a spam mail.)

I checked with our server provider and they say there is no problem on our end.

I don't have iCloud account, so I can't check how to fix it.. I am sorry.

Anyway, when you send an email from iCloud email address, please do not reply our email.

Please compose a new email.

That way, I can receive it.

Or please try different email address.
